ModesticCRM

Terms of Service

Last updated 17 April 2026.

1. About mCRM

The Modestic CRM (“mCRM”, “the App”) is an internal business tool operated by Modestic Krystyna Zaitseva (NIP 8133873866, ul. I Poprzeczna 7b, Warszawa) for its own operators. It is not offered to third parties and has no public sign-up.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to:

  • Modestic staff who authenticate into mCRM as operators.
  • Authorized reviewers (e.g. Meta App Review staff) whom Modestic has provisioned temporary access for the purpose of approving the app’s platform permissions.

End customers who message the Modestic Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp interact with Meta’s platforms — their relationship with those platforms is governed by Meta’s terms. Their relationship with Modestic is governed by the Privacy Policy.

3. Authorized use

Operators may use mCRM only for Modestic’s legitimate business activities: replying to customer inquiries, tracking leads, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining contact records. Operators must keep their credentials confidential and report any suspected compromise to info@modestic.pl immediately.

4. Platform policy compliance

mCRM operates as a client of Meta’s Messenger Platform, Instagram Graph API, and WhatsApp Cloud API. Use of mCRM is conditional on compliance with those platforms’ policies, including:

  • Respecting the 24-hour customer service messaging window. Outbound messages outside that window require an approved message tag or template and a legitimate business purpose.
  • Not using customer data for purposes other than responding to the customer’s inquiry, unless the customer has explicitly consented.
  • Honoring deletion requests that arrive via Meta’s User Data Deletion callback.
  • Not engaging in spam, harassment, or any activity prohibited by the applicable Meta platform policies.

5. Prohibited use

Operators must not:

  • Share operator credentials with unauthorized individuals.
  • Use mCRM to process data of individuals outside the scope defined in §2.
  • Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limiting, or platform policy enforcement.
  • Export customer data to third parties other than the disclosed sub-processors (Supabase, Vercel, Meta).

6. Availability and changes

mCRM is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Modestic may update, restructure, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
